You probably had your RC setup to another than the default value (which is code 2). So you can either set the remote to '2', or temporarily use the WEB-IF RC.I am currently in the process of updating and the remote seems to not be working, thus I am stuck on the video input selection screen. Tried re-inserting the batteries, turning off the box etc.
Can anyone help? Its a vu duo 2
