You are jumping to wrong conclusion. NetID is correct, most likely modulation and symbol rate changed.
Run the NitAnalyser and upload the dvbc.xml file please.
The I'd is 41056, but on box says 41046, both are on here the 41046 is in autoboquets maker, and the 41056 is on the tuner set up this is what I don't get
Im in Derby
41056 works perfectly fine for me in tuner set up (I dont use ABM)
In Region settings select "Virg*n M*dia uk (All Systems)
Mine was set to EX C&W (which Derby is) but didnt pull all the channels in.

What do you use for vermin side mate as usually use abm for that and the blue side as twin tuner
Net ID in tuner configuration does not matter in the UK. If you don't believe me, try any number you want. I leave mine to 00000.
The ABM file was updated 8 days ago to reflect the changes. Please update your provider file and then run ABM again. There is an option to do so within ABM. If you get an error about version numbers and don't want to update your image, you can download a recent ABM, install it, update provider file and then run ABM again.

So there a new abm as was working last night then I went to update provider files then after that no channels keeps saying can't get frequency for it, thinking my be my cable as well
We all make mistakes.
Anyway, for ABM issues, see this thread

@Kryton,
Can you make a settings backup,
remove all cable services, Up (next to OK, Green (satellites), highlight cable services, menu, remove cable services, restart
Run ABM and restart
Upload lamedb and lamedb5 files to forum. The need to be zipped
You can then restore your settings backup
I will update xml file for ex-cw
