    Changes:

    Enigma2 :

Fix for disappearance of picons after using the teletext (tuxtxt) plugin
The tuxtxt plugin clears the framebuffer and therefore also the scaled picons
are cleared. Now the picons can be reloaded when required after they are invalidated.

I still have to find a better place to put the invalidatePicons() and reloadPicons() calls.

    Openembedded :

mdev-mount.sh: Prevent double mounts, allow UUID and LABEL usage
    Commit 1f11778080b64340b46dec662e5ccd4b166a91a1 broke UUID/LABEL
usage in fstab. Fixed by checking on empty device first, and then
    always calling mount.

Also added check on mount, if the device whas somehow already mounted,
    don't mount it again.
