IPTV recording doesn’t work on every channels

If I try to record IPTV channels (U.S. locals XXXX-DT1, etc. on the IPTV-ORG playlist), recording starts but if I try to play recordings there is nothing. Is there something to do with that problem? If I record those channels with Openatv, I can get picture but still no sound. Is the streams on those channels somehow different?

    1) How are you building the bouquets from the playlist?
    2) Are you using 1, 4097, 5002?

    1) Right now I am using m3uiptv-plugin.

    2) It think I tried 4097 and 5002. If I set convert to 1, I get only O B files. What player should I use? I don’t understand those settings. Could you check channel like KTVO-DT3? I can watch all those channels but can’t record them.

I have checked those streams. Seems something is wrong with the streams itself since indeed that is not recording well and cant be played. Other streams however from same playlist record and play fine.
I tried restream that streams though FFMPEG and then record them and that works fine. So i think the problem is in streams itself.
Indeed playing the file outside of the box play it but no audio. That means probably something with the audio is not fine...

Yes, that is weird. I can record and play those streams on vlc software fine, with audio and even closed captions.
BTW. Is there any news about CC support?
