Can you just post a log where you are just in the plugin browser and pressed download plugins button. Also can you post the files in /etc/opkg
from the logs I cannot see any action to actually download plugins

After several flashing I was able to download plugins and to software update.

1- I have problem with EPGtranslate
2 - Lost softcam , softcam is empy, I neeed cccam and oscam

If you're suggesting that the missing keytranslation.xml is something to do with EPGTranslate - it isn't.

Seems OK.
Can you download/install anything? (You can always uninstall it after the test).

Not easy to debug some background network issue without sitting in front of the box with a laptop...
