ZGemma H7S

Hi,

First time stepping into the Satellite world and already in trouble
I bought a ZGemma H7S today from a Sat shop running Virtuosso image Xtreme by the looks of it, with the intention of using it with my Plex. I cannot for the life of me download any new plugins or update any packages. It sounds like a permissions issue and when i click on system update it fails to update. I can ssh into the box and ping google etc but just cannot download or update packages, see errors below. Has anyone else seen this before i bring it back to the shop and am told its something obvious
