    Hi domelek,

I have the same issue and I updated it to OpenPli 9.0 last week...
I believe it can be the sat position.

I have a Zgemma H82h , new , with latest Openvix image and a 256GB USB Stick for storage.

This was bought because I have a Cheap Walker Smart TV ( Vestel ) in the kitchen and wanted a full EPG.

I have an Inverto Unicable II LNB and this TV had a feed directly connected to its sat tuner with the same list of favourites as the Main Sitting Room box which is a VU+ Duo 4K SE

Note that all channels worked fine with the feed directly to the Walker TV and the VU+ has no issues whatsoever.

However , with the kitchen feed now going to the H82h , BBC One London HD and BBC News HD freeze after about 2 seconds. All other channels work fine.
Even weirder , if I select any of the other BBC regions , they work fine , only london has the issue.
There is only one option for BBC News HD , and that doesnt work , just freezes picture after 2 seconds , sound continues as normal.

Is this a settings issue or is this just a dud box ?

As said , direct to the TV works fine , no epg though , thats the only reason this cheap box was bought.
I have swapped out HDMI cables etc. No improvement.
Just those two channels freeze , why would this be ?

Solved it , by trial and error.

Setup , Audio & Video , AC3 downmix , set it to passthrough and the issue is solved.

I suppose its only a small box with minimum capability , and you cant give it too much to do.

BBC One London HD and BBC News must have something different about audio that the box cannot downmix or handle for some reason.
