I have the GB UE 4K. Like most other twin hybrid tuners, it has one physical input.

While there is no stock of these tuners discussion is academic.

I just checked my own setup there which is a Gigablue UHE UE 4k and additional DVB-C/T2 twin tuner. This one:
    https://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk...gigablue%20uhd

The DVB-T twin tuner is being fed by a single cable and I was able to record about 6 channels simultaneously just now no problem.
So it seems you could connect a single physical cable feeding both tuners

Based on the Saorview Wiki page, it looks like there are only two Muxes.
The six channels I selected definitely cover both muxes

The one cable is feeding both tuners internally. Each tuner is receiving and demodulating the signals from a separate mux. There are only two Saorview muxes.

I ended up going for the only option available, the pricier VU+ Duo 4K SE.

Gigablue have no stock(seemingly noone does) and no intention of bringing out more of the twin dvb-c/t2 tuner due to lack of chips.

    Ah well!

Sky got the bullet today so that offsets the cost somewhat.
