Continuous fast flashing white light when powered on via rear rocker switch

Hi Guys, so about a month and a half ago I bought a Duo2 second hand. For a while it worked fine but now when I power it on by the rocker switch on the back I just get a constant fast flashing white light on the front and I can't hear the HDD spinning.
I was wondering if that's enough info for anyone to know what the problem was and if it was fixable, ie a problem with the power supply which from what I've read can be fixed with replacing a few capacitors. Thanks in advance for any info given here guys..

First model Duo suffered many things including caps . You never power off these boxes at rear as only put into standby or deep standby.

There were issues but unsure where or what they were.

If you had another power supply try that as not sure if yours is external or internal.
