Zgemma H11S Issue

No section to post into so had to post in here.

My M8 bought 2 units of H11S and was happy with how good it was and gave one to his father and he did something that we are unsure of been elderly

Box had an issue powering off and he got it off somehow ??

Box now has red light issue and funny Logo on and cannot do anything.

Boxes are less than a month old running 6 2 011

Any pointers as he is far away from son Cheers

Get him to post it back…..Reflash and then make sure settings backup at least done …. Afraid if he is as bad as my mother-in- law, then it could be anything

Its only freesat as box only has 28.2 and a very limited lan if ever that.

I did mention to son it might be a reflash job to try first . Cheers.

Have just chatted to son and epg going to internal flash and with 16gb internal flash says it will take much longer to fill up but he has it changed on his box.

Now to get Fathers one working.

Might we be getting A H11S section for discussions please

Great news as he used teamviewer and got it to reflash and parental lock now installed and working again and his Mother is grateful
