live streaming of sports (NOT sports channels)

Hi guys,

I dont know if this is allowed or not, but I have a VU+DUO box, and I want to be able to stream some obscure football matches and other sports. I work funny hours, and the only chance I get to sit down to watch sports is late at night/early hours of morning, so Ive started to try and watch American and other weird leagues/sports, but now that I am getting into them, I cant find anything to watch them on!
I have heard that I can get some sort of codes in order to get streams live, does anyone know anymore about this? I must state, I am NOT looking to get free sports channels here, I just want to get live streams of MLS and baseball etc.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction.
