    VU+Solo

    Hi there, I have a VU+Solo original that I have not used for a number of years and I was wondering if it would be possible to use this as a freesat box by linking it to my sky dish and if anyone could tell me which version of openvix I would need, cheers

    We stopped building images for Vu+ Solo several years ago. Solo doesn't have sufficient flash to load a modern image. And there is so little RAM it can't even download the EPG.
    Help keep OpenViX servers online.Please donate!

    Also needs swapfile and cacheflush running to help it . Did not know epg could not be downloaded.
    Could it be used as a second box if user updated to a better box with multiple tuners and streamed to that box.

    Possible solution might be an original image from VU here http://code.vuplus.com/index.php?act...0&model=vusolo latest image is from 18th april 22.
