In order to record a timer, ...

    Couple feature related issues:

This one I noticed during Vix5.? (Vix-Night) and same with v6

When the box has made AutoRec(s) this appears when Play is started. The message counter is 20 seconds and it pops-up as many times as autorec has occured since previous playing. How to get rid of that message, than pressing 'Exit'button numerous times. Even more annoying this is when Resume Playing happens, one extra press of Exit will also cancels resume position and playing starts from the beginning.

The other thing is the jumps 1/3 & 7/9 buttons. Why there is a limits how long the jumps can be set? The remote's buttons wear out, I'd like to place 300s jumps for 1/3 buttons and 15s for 7/9 ones but system doesn't allow.

The channel changes over because default is to prefer recordings over viewing. When you do not have a free tuners, it will change channel. If you have a free tuner to allow the recording in the background, it won't change channel.

Can you please upload your debug log? Two of our coders are Terrestrial only users, but they don't have vu dual tuners like you. The 4 tuners would allow you to view/record 4 multiplexes simultaneously, are you sure all the tuners are not occupied? Perhaps someone in the house streaming from box?

Has this box got 2 active working feeds and also checked in signal quality if needed?

Yes, tested by activating 4 separate turners (A,B,C,D) recording and surfing the channels (showing the green turner indicator swapping between them all)- no problems.

I hadn't System-Logs-Debug enabled, I'll let you know when I got the nag next time. Thanx

Do you mean that this pops up every time you try to play a recording?

I watch nearly nothing live plain recordings. This pop-up when one or more timed recordings has happen and I start to watch some.

Though today I saw what happened. Live viewing was on the different channel group on tuner A, when timed recording started Duo2 did forced channel change as the recording wanted to use tuner A as well, instead of picking some free B,C,D

As said I have under the Turners&Scanning: 'Preferrer tuner' - Auto & 'Preferrer tuner for recordings' - Auto

There wasn't any logs generated but if the old one gives any help:

You need to switch on debug logs and select a location. Then after a restart debug logs will be created.

Yes, sorry. Reboot of the box was missing to enable the log.

Here's the correct one. The issue occur when I start the play, during the period there's at least two issues (one case today & yesterday):

Should you wish to, you can attach your debug log to your post. There is no need to zip it.

Pasting the content of the log file into your post is not the same as attaching the file.

Guide to attaching files is here if you need it:
    https://www.world-of-satellite.com/s...l=1#post444447

    Edit:
I have attached your log file for you.
