    27.5w and 28.2e

I have tried to get the tuner configured for these 2 sats but to no anvail. I can get 27.5w working but no signal from 28.2e. The only way I can do this is setting tuner Simple the Toneburst A/B port A 28.2e port B 27.5w. See the attached photo. I read some where on here that Diseqc isn't working would this be the problem? When I change the tuner setup to Simple, Diseqc A/B no channels work. Can anyone help?

Can you perhaps give us a clue to your hardware configuration setup?? e.g. 2 dishes, motorised., connection(s) to the receiver etc? So that we can understand what you are trying to do.

Have you really got a Toneburst switch. I thought they were only available in north america up to about a decade ago. Never in Europe.
