    I understand that you have resolved the FTP/DCC problem. How did you resolve it?

    With regards to making an Image backup,
    What filesystem is the the USB stick in? It must be in ext file system as symlinks will need to be created.
    Once you confirm it is in ext filesystem, press menu in image manage, one of the options will be location/device to use.

    Issue this command in Putty or any other Telnet client.

    df -Th

    Post back the results.

    It should show you also if you go to
    Menu, Information, Devices
