How to show processor temperature on infobar

Is there any way to add the Processor temperature as shown on the About screen on the infobar?

I've been modifying the VixBMC_1080 skin for my own use and wondered if I can add a widget to display Processor temperature. I've seen cpu percentage in skins, but not Processor temperature.

I can't see the code where the about screen gets the Processor temperature.

Any pointers would be really helpful.
