    Audio not working on Movistar + and others when using soundbar

    Recently upgraded firmware on xtrend et8500 + softcams. Have a diseqc setup. Treated myself to Dolby Atmos soundbar and decided to run satbox via the soundbars HDMI inputs rather than thru TV. This setup seems to work best with audio settings in openvix set to AC3 and DTS passthrough as then soundbar outputs Dolby Surround. Can watch Sky.De just fine but if i switch to any Movistar+ channels(both 19.2 e) then audio will not output and the same on 23.5E with Ziggo Sports hd. When i check "information" on each channel in openvix settings they all seem ok.
    Changing settings to AC3 /DTS downmix just loses audio completely. This does seem to be the best setup,connecting via soundbar as connecting satbox via Tv Hdmi just gave audio lag. As audio codecs seem to be same on all the channels i have tried ,i cannot see where the problem lies. This might be soundbar problem if it is codec issue as all worked fine before all upgrades. Anyone have any ideas?

    On my setup, have soundbar (Sonos) via TV‘s Arc and that works fine on 19.2E, 28.2E and 27.5W all with passthrough (but no encrypted channels).
    Gigablue Quad 4K & UE 4K
    .........FBC Tuners:
    ------------------> GT-Sat unicable LNB to 1.5M dish(28.2E)
    ------------------> Gigablue unicable LNB to 80 cm dish(19.2E)
    .......................> FBC & DVB-S2X into 90cm dish (27.5W) Opticum robust Unicable LNB
    AX HD61, Edision Osmio 4K+, Zgemma H9Combo, Octagon SF8008 , gbtrio4k, h9se using unicable ports
    Zgemma H9 C/S into Giga4K

    Solve the problem. Audio was working all the time. To listen to a channel on Sky.de volume needed only set to about 3 but when you switched to Mediasat + you would have to raise volume to 7 or more to here it. When you go back to Sky.de channel the volume would be to high. So will have to bare that in mind when switching. I will have to see if there is a way to set volume levels in settings,which i doubt.
