    Question Ugly screen borders

    Hi,
whenever I play a downloaded movie through my Duo 2, I get weird borders around the outer edge of the screen - as shown in the screenshot below. Anyone know why this happens and what I can do to stop it?

Issue is becuase you've set borders in user interface settings. Reset the borders and turn off overscan on your TV.

    Hi,
not sure how to turn off borders or overscan - but I tried turning off the auto-resolution and leaving the setting to permanently display in 1080p and that seems to have fixed it!
