    Hide update new release notification

    Dear all

    I'm currently having an update issue with release 5.4.0.15. This is why I have gone back to the old one. However, every time I zap to another station I get the notification. Is it possible to switch this off?

    Menu -> setup _> system -> software update ->
    After the check has been made to see if new software is available press MENU again
    This should give you a menu screen where you can turn off background checking (of new software)
