    mine did the same after software couch update. Did not see the same screen as you but only the boot logo, but no circles. I got access to the log files and could copy them to the PC. No crash log but debug logs. I attach one.

    Thanks for responding but I still can solve the problem the box is working fine but as soon i go to the softcam management the box crashes. at the end i put the previous image and i managed to make it work again,that means i cannot do any updates in the future?Sorry for my basic English. Thanks again
