    3T nano not powering up

    Hi,

my 3T nano box won't power on.

I have tried a spare power lead but it still won't come on.

Is there a fuse inside the box that might be blown or is it a busted flush?

    Thanks
    Shane

Is your power supply strong enough as what is the old one rated at and the new one.

Does it power on with sat cables removed and/hdd unplugged.

    Thanks for the reply.

The power supply is the same as the old one. Even tried a spare I have but the box will not power up.

I'll try removing the sat cables and unplug the hdd. Hopefully this will help...

    Hi CU CHULAINN THE BRAVE
    Did you solve your problem?
1). My box, which has worked great for 5 years or so, just refused to start after a power cut. Nothing lights up on the receivers screen. I checked the power supply and it reads 12v. Disconnected hhd - still nothing, The box is dead! Does anyone have any suggestions please.
2). Are there any working old boxes available - I can swap the hard disk to a new box easily.
3). I am using a VIX image and pull satellite signals from 22.8E and 27.5W plus Internet feeds over LAN. Is there another cheap box for replacement and would that box take my hhd so I don't have to reconfigure.
