channel scan on 28.2e FTA will not pick up Bloomberg HD, CNN HD only TV plus apps

I have a samsung smart TV with built in sat tunner

when I scan the FTA channels under 28.2e it picks up the channels, but cant seem to pick up Bloomberg HD ,CNN HD it tends to pick up the online TVPLUS app version instead?

Is there a way I can pick with up sat broadcast version?

I looked up lngsat for example it says Bloomberg hd 28.2e is at TP 11686V but my tv only sees 11568v on the list?
Could it be the LNB scew?

Do you get these channels on you Enigma boxes from the same LNB?

If so then you can check the details by selecting that channel and
Menu -> Information -> service -> blue (or green, or yellow)

You probably will have to manually add the transponder if its not in the list.

Why do you keep adding "FTA" after 28.2?

    For your E2 receiver:
Post a screenshot of the scan settings you are using.
How many channels do you find when you perform a manual scan, single satellite, no to network scan?

The TV has a list of transponders to scan. If you cannot update the list of transponders (most likely the case), you will have to manually scan that transponder by entering the details. Some devices have blind scanning. Blind scanning searches blindly instead of scanning only the transponders it has in its list.

I can confirm that at the moment:
Bloomberg HD is on 11685 MHz, Vertical, 23000, 2/3 8PSK
CNN HD is on 11670 MHz, Horizontal, 23000, 2/3 8PSK

To summarise, if you can answer the questions asked about reception on your E2 receiver, it will rule out the LNB skew.
