Really? Every one I've seen is a SATA cable and a SAT power connector.
Even that Samsung SHD one that came out of a (dead) laptop that was documented as having a Samsung-specific connector actually had a standard one.

The SSD end should be universal but you need to check the power socket on the motherboard. I think they can be different.
These are the connectors on a Zgemma H7S:

The drive end of the cable will be standard but the motherboard end may not be. In particular the power cable may be custom - it is in the H7S

Edit: willo beat me to it

What's the story with your Quad? Do you have a photo of the terminations on the motherboard? The data side of SATA should be standard. I'm sure I've got several cables here in my junk pile. The power side may be different, but it's just a 5V and 12V plus 0V on the board. I can have a look at my Quad Plus if you get nowhere. PM me if you're stuck.

That power connector looks quite small.

Looks like a fan header - presumably provides 5V and 12V?

Quad is marked Sata and Hdd power which makes it simpler.
I might just put cover back on box and fit ssd to my zgemma h7S which is in main room and less important than the quad and plug externally powered hdd into rear of Quad.
