M7 doesn't have any package on 9 East. Its quite difficult to decipher what you are actually asking. The German channels on 9E are the Kabelkiosk package.

M7 Deutschland do have a package on Eutelsat 9B.

This is nothing to do with Joynescan.

If someone gets complete TS recording from this package we can probably create an ABM provider file for it.

Yes it seems that M7 bought the kabelkiosk provider a few years ago. Surely a manual scan is enough - there have been very few changes to this package over the past few years

A manual scan will not pick up LCNs.
