ITV London HD shows Tune Failed

Hi, ITV London HD shows "tune failed" when I try to view the channel on image 5.4.001 yet on an older image of 5.3.039 the channel displays fine.

Any idea what caused the issue and how do I fix it? I've not had this problem in a long time so I don't recall how to fix it.

Why would it display on my old image but not on the newer image of 5.4.001?

I'm using AutoBouquetsMaker. Here are my log and custom bouquet files.

New frequency for the channel? But that was a month ago by the date you mentioned. Why would the channel not work now and only on 1 box with a newer image but not the older image?

Image does not make a difference. Which service reference are you selecting?

The log I quoted was from Wednesday 4th November, were you having problems then, as you only mentioned recording fails yesterday, the 6th.

At the risk of confusing matters even more, this is also in the debug log......

Log attached from just now when I restarted my box:

Strangely it is quite large at 11 MB and has NUL in most of the file and it doesn't respond at times when I try to scroll to a new location.

I searched for this in the file and found it: 1:0:19:13F2:7F2:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

The easiest way to check service reference is to select the channel and check on openwebif.

The frequency is shown in the selection in quite a few skins

How do I find it in OpenWebif or on my box?

On my box do I just press OK when watching the channel? If so, here's a screenshot:

What should I do now to get a picture on the channel?

Is there a satellite scanner for ABM like the TerrestrialScanner it has for Freeview? Just wondering if it's possible to do a scan while recording channels at the same time?

There is a plethtora of reasons why you get tune failed messages. The complication is you have two dishes and you are always recording.
