What are your requirements and budget? Do you want/need a Terrestrial tuner? Are the two satellite tuners enough for you?

    What type were the originals?
More generally the advice is usually to replace electrolytics with Low ESR types rated at 105°C and to choose slightly higher voltage and capacitance than the originals rather than slightly lower.
If a particular capacitor seems to be underspecified so that it fails quickly it's usually safe to go to a higher capacitance and higher voltage in order to get a physically larger part that will hopefully cope better.

The duo was famous for capacitors failing in the psu. I can't think of any other box that had a similar percentage of psu failures. Its not difficult to repair but the duo is such a slow machine compared to what is available now so its a good excuse to upgrade.

    Hi
Abu I only need a replacement which has two sat tuners I don't need terrestrial.
Thoughtfull: Last time I replaced capacitors I found difficult to remove as solder seemed to require very high temp to remove must have high tin content. So was surprised when it sprung back into life but I think its time for an upgrade.
Ronand & Abu what would you recommend? Budget £400

Bear in mind that almost all new latest receivers only take 2.5" drives. Receivers with FBC tuners can be used with an ordinary/universal LNB. Not been many complaints on forum about the H7 as far as I can tell. AX61 seems OK too.
