Yes, if tuner B has the second cable of motorised LNB.
No, if tuner B does not have the second cable of motorised LNB.

I don't know. This is why I asked for a picture/screenshot. If you have FBC tuners, you can't physically attach a wire to tuner C. Only you are in front of your receiver and know which wire is which and to which tuner you have connected it to.

You can do the following with wiring:
Wire to motor: Attach to top connection of tuner module.
Wire direct to LNB: Attach to bottom slot of same tuner module.
Wire to second dish: Attach to top slot of second tuner module/card

As I said before, it does not matter which way round you do it, so long as you configure it to match what you have done.

There are no USB FBC tuners as far as I know.

The Ultimo 4K has three tuner slots, you shouldn't need a USB tuner.

there are universal lnbs and i have 2 double tuner s conected to my vu ultino box
The only things I can explain with certainty are:
    1. You are saying different things. One of them is wrong. The screenshot being requested from you will clarify the issue.
    2. What ever you do, in whichever way you do it, tuner config must match what you are using.
    3. The Ultimo 4k takes the old style tuners in one of the tuner slots and you could re-use one of the tuners you may still have.

So how many FBC tuner cards do you have? If you have one card, you have tuners A-H. If you have a second card, it will be tuners I-P

    Screenshot solves all the questions.
