    Read post 4 again and compare pictures.

    To get the picture we need to help you properly:

    Press menu on remote
    Scroll down to "Information" and press OK
    Scroll down to "Devices" and press OK

    This is set wrong, you have disabled it. You said it has a signal wire from dish.

    In post 6, I told you:
    The tuner that has the cable that goes directly to the LNB on motorsied dish, should be set as "Second cable of motorised LNB" in the configuration mode.
    In post 13 & 15, I repeated the same thing again and posted a link to a post with the screenshot of with what you need to set it to.

    So once again, in tuner configuration, for tuner B, set it to "second cable of motorised LNB". Just press right/left to change it.

    Isn’t tuner 2 terrestrial, looking at his screenshots?
    Based on his screen shot:
    Tuners A&B are satellite.
    Tuner I is Hybrid. Cable/Terrestrial.
