    new free to air dish

Is it a wideband LNB or universal LNB. If you don't know, post a close up picture of LNB.

Also, to which tuner/s have you attached/connected the signal wires from new dish.

The Ultimo 4k takes two types of tuner, lets get this right.

Post a picture/screenshot of what you see in:
    Menu > Information > Devices

    I have attached mine.

Objective is to identify the letters of the tuners to which you attached/connected the universal LNBS. Otherwise you will mess it it up. The tuner configuration is the straight forward one everyone uses ( simple, single, 28.2).

The tuner that has the cable that goes directly to the LNB on motorsied dish, should be set as "Second cable of motorised LNB" in the configuration mode.

Please post the requested picture. It will help you!

Golden rule of tuner configuration is that every tuner must be set/configured to what is actually attached/connected/hooked up to it.

The tuner with the wire to the motor, don't touch it. If it was fine before, it will be fine now. Presuming you have not moved wires.
The tuner with the second cable of motorised LNB, set is as "second cable of motorised LNB"

Nobody suggested moving cabling. You have not said which wire is in which tuner. It does not matter which way round you do it. Tuner configuration must match the way you do it.
