Lost Recordings - File Check Error - Remount HDD

Not sure whether this is OVix or GB UHD issue or both.

Last night when recording 3 programmes screen flashed up for each recording something like, actually didn't stay long enough, "Stopping recording, disk full". Can error messages stay on screen longer please??

Odd as I knew that the 2Tb disk was about 80% empty.

On the playlist, no recordings and just 64kb 100% free disk space.

So this morning had a deeper look.

In directories in Playlist .....autofs/ROOTGBQUAD4K directory didn't exist.
    Then found file check.
File check error: dev/sda1: group 951 block bitmap does not match checksum and then FIXED.
I assume group 951 is on the HDD.
HDD showed up correctly in Storage.
I then remounted HDD, think it took 2 attempts, and recordings returned with the 3 interrupted ones partly recorded.

So, I wonder what caused it??

Very high temperatures?? Didn't look at CPU temp.
    Or just a random glitch.

Either way, if one isn't a little technically savvy, then these Linux boxes are a bit of a nightmare!!

Why is the 2TB disk being mounted using autofs?

No idea. Don't know what it is so mentioned it in case someone spotted relevance. It may even be normal. No manual/on screen explanation.

Think it is a temp related issue. HDD recordings disappeared again and top of box very hot. Removed case, and installed 12v PC fan to blow across HDD etc.
