Hi
I've moved my satellite tuner from slot 2 to 1 which then makes it a twin tuner. However tuner a I'm getting a signal but tuner b drops to 0%

How does moving a tuner card/module from one slot to another slot double the number of tuners? You have the same number of cards/modules as before!
Post a screenshot of Menu, Information, devices. Also post a picture showing the back of your box where the tuner cards/modules are and to which connections the signal wires are hooked up to.

You don't have a signal wire hooked up to Tuner B. How will you receive signal?

The golden rule of tuner configuration is that it must match what is hooked up to it. You do not have a signal wire to tuner B, but you have told the receiver there is one. This is why you are getting the issue.
Your solution is to hook up a signal wire to tuner B. If that is not possible, use internal loopthrough.
Please note:
Some receivers require signal wire to be hooked up to A and internal loop to B.
Some receivers require signal wire to be hooked up to B and internal loop to A.
Or get a Unicable LNB and use a splitter to supply both tuners with signal.
