Vu duo scannig and getting no channels......

    Hi All,

I have a problem with my VU DUO BOX which I have 2......

    1 Upstairs
    1 Downstairs

The upstairs one is linked to the UK Sky Sat with FTA on 28.2 and working perfectly.

The downstairs one had channels, but have thrown a fit, and was running HOTBIRD 13 and Sky 28.2

After scanning because it lost everything, HOT BIRD does not show any channels......Sky 28.2 have about 16 channels from the scan and none work.

I've reset the box and set it up from scratch and nothing......

Would this be a reciever issue, tuner or something else ?

Tempted to take the tuner from upstairs and try downstairs.....

But the tuner upstairs shows signal strength at about 95%, while downstairs has NONE.

Or do I just get a new box ? Any recommendations for running the 2 feeds ?

    Many Thanks

    Rob

You are best trying the same box downstairs to rule out feed issues etc.
