    Forgetting to display subtitles

The past few updates to the SF8008 box has caused the box to forget to display the subtitles.

When I switch over to a channel, approximately 1/2 of the time, the box doesn't show the subtitles. I have to switch up/down channels to get the subtitles to be displayed.

Where can I go to report this bug?

    Yes, I've enabled it properly.

Brought two boxes a few weeks before the C-19 shutdown. Both boxes displayed the subtitles with no problems. A few weeks later, an update arrived and both started to forget display subtitles. All subsequent updates had the same issue - not always showing the subtitles automatically. I have to switch to another channel and back for the subtitles to appear (to confirm that there was no subtitles being displayed, I wait until a character has been speaking for a few moments).

The image update, 5.3.035 (Release) appears to have resolved this problem. I have been using it for the past few days and haven't had to flick channels to make the subtitles appear.

    Thanks for fixing this.
