    Boot Logo

    Hi All

Please can anyone point me to the right startup screen logo? I have an openvix 5.3.033 image installed. Anytime I start my box it comes up with
a world-of-satellite support logo? I don't want this information to appear on my startup screen?

    /usr/share/bootlogo.mvi and also /usr/share/backdrop.mvi

adding new files to /etc/enigma2/ will take priority rather than overwriting the originals and will survive a software update.

The two I mentioned previously, bootlogo.mvi and backdrop.mvi. Either download different ones or create your own with this

    Hi

Thanks for the advise, I couldn't proceed further, so I decided to abandon it and continue with what I have.

If you say what problem you encountered, people may be able to assist.

Also to clarify, are you talking about logo as soon as receiver boots or as soon as Enigma2 starts?

At what point did your attempt fail?

Doh! I thought he meant the bootlogo. The splash.bin needs to be flashed by USB.

I think he does, he refers to WoS support - I'm still using the countryside image from way back when.
