    Client mode

    I have set up my box in client mode , do I have to download epg on both boxes or just the main box?

    i do it on my client as well , but i'll probably get told i'm wrong

    No should not have to as it takes it from the master box to your slave box channels and epg.

    I sometimes switch client box on and epg is not fully populated so I load epg from there rather than going to sever

    son's, kitchen, bedroom in daily use. Set to import every 3hrs ( if you were asking me ) I must switch them on at 2hrs 55min LOL

    Picture on client box is poor is there a way to send a better quality stream to it ?

    Shouldn’t be. Are you using an HD tv with HDMI lead on your client box? Which receiver you got as your client box?

    Yes it is a 4k TV with hdmi 2.0 lead and the box is a zgemma H9 twin.

    The menus look grainy and FHD channels looks like 570p

    I’d check all your cabling as sounds like a dodgy connection somewhere. What settings have you used on your Client box? Double check that you have selected HDMI, 1080i, Multi Refresh Rate etc. Something is a miss with your setup somewhere.

    Is the hdmi 2.0 ok for a 4k box and tv i wonder?
