is there a way to fix this or does it need a reflash?

Why another thread, the other one explains what you've done to cause it?

You need to delete the offending skin, it's been explained plenty of times before, so shouldn't be too hard to the find the details by searching the forum.

What were you doing before it started bootlooping (changed skin etc.)

EDIT: didn't realise there was already another thread.

Maybe the skin is not up to date? I only tend to use the included ViX skins and don't get any issues apart from ones of my own making
