    Darvel Transmiter only HD channels

    HI, wondering if you can help.
    Not long bought Zgemma H9 Combi i'm having problems when trying to scan Freeview channels in from Darvel transmitter it does scan channels but very few work , but all HD ones work I have only enabled one tuner A to do test at them moment I have no bother with sat side just terrestrial.

    I have attached two enigma2 debug logs one with normal Darvel ABM scan and other after enabeling ABM Frequency Finder I have also included terrestrial_finder.xml file it saved off says it is Central Scotland terrestrial when i use that in ABM instead of Darvel all channels work great.

    Sorry, I was meant to reply to your thread on the other forum.

    You have not supplied the correct xml file, you have uploaded the stock ABM file. Please upload it.

    I have found the xml file from the other forum. Can you please confirm that your aerial is pointing to the Darvel mast. The ABM file has it as 481.8 MHz, that is not listed in your xml file.

    Code:
        <name>Central Scotland terrestrial</name>
        <streamtype>dvbt</streamtype>
        <protocol>lcn</protocol>
        <dvbtconfigs>
            <configuration key="custom" frequency="514000000" system="0">Central Scotland terrestrial</configuration>
        </dvbtconfigs>

        <customtransponders>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="506000000" transport_stream_id="2011" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="514000000" transport_stream_id="107c" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="530000000" transport_stream_id="40bc" system="1"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="554000000" transport_stream_id="800f" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="562000000" transport_stream_id="3005" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="578000000" transport_stream_id="5040" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="586000000" transport_stream_id="6040" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="746000000" transport_stream_id="a000" system="1"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="754000000" transport_stream_id="b000" system="1"/>
        </customtransponders>

    As far as I know it is pointing at darvel, has always worked on normal TV, the .xml file I sent by mistake was opanatv 6.4 test here is the one I meant to send thought I had better do it with openvix there is also pdf of freeview coverage from my area Ayr. done using post code.

    Darvel Transmitter Freeview.pdf

    terrestrial_finder.zip

    The ABM file is correct according to https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Darvel_transmitting_station

    The ViX one is slightly different to the one you uploaded on the other forum.

    Code:
    <provider>
        <name>Central Scotland terrestrial</name>
        <streamtype>dvbt</streamtype>
        <protocol>lcn</protocol>
        <dvbtconfigs>
            <configuration key="custom" frequency="562000000" system="0">Central Scotland terrestrial</configuration>
        </dvbtconfigs>

        <customtransponders>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="482000000" transport_stream_id="107c" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="538000000" transport_stream_id="2011" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="554000000" transport_stream_id="800f" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="562000000" transport_stream_id="3005" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="578000000" transport_stream_id="5040" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="586000000" transport_stream_id="6040" system="0"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="602000000" transport_stream_id="40bc" system="1"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="746000000" transport_stream_id="a000" system="1"/>
            <customtransponder key="custom" frequency="754000000" transport_stream_id="b000" system="1"/>
        </customtransponders>

    I have made changes to the ABM provider file. Please update the provider file in ABM then perform a "scan" with ABM.

    I have checked frequency as is just now i'm back on openatv just because I have all that setup with plugins.
    NIM: A
    Type: Terrestrial
    Frequency: 514.0 MHz
    Channel: 26
    Inversion: Auto
    Bandwidth: 8MHz
    Code rate LP: Auto
    Code rate HP: Auto

    those frequency details I posted where BBC1 using Central Scotland terrestrial.xml went to ABM deleted bouquets and updated provider files freeview did update unselected Central Scotland terrestrial then I did Freeview scan set to Darvel

    everything working and frequency details for BBC1 are the same,

    Thank you for your help.

    Yep, unless you use IepgRefresh to populate your EPG. I’ve setup to use a fake recording on mine etc.

    You'll have to ask someone on the openatv forum.

    No problem I asked here because I thought it was an ABM problem and thought it was developed on this forum plus I bought my box from here.
