Are you flashing by USB or using ofgwrite via Image Manager?

I have compared the file structures, they all contain the same filenames. The biggest difference is the size of the image, a whopping 10MB. The receivers have a maximum size of image that can be flashed by USB. This is not the same as the maximum size of flash.

Use image manager tool. FTP your 5.3.025 image to your receiver and flash via Blue button > ViX > Image Manager then highlight 5.3.025 and press the Blue button to flash.

Could other people who say there isn't a problem try by flashing by USB. Make a settings backup so you can restore it afterwards.

Identifying problem and fixing it is a lot better than avoiding it.
