    Subtitles delay

    Hello,

Is there anyway of modifying (i.e. speeding up) subtitles on the latest version of openvix? There's a 1 or 2 second delay constantly occurring.

    Thanks.

Press the subtitle button and then the red button for the subtitle options

I can't see any delay settings and therefore, no way of speeding the sync up. Have you any other ideas please?

The menu I have is completely different without any delay settings.

    I'm on version:

    System OE: OE-Alliance 4.3
    Firmware version: OpenViX 5.3.023 (2020-04-11)
    Kernel / Drivers: 4.4.35 / 20200227

If I new how to press the subt button on webif I'd capture a screenshot for you but I don't (any clues?)

The menu items I have are:
    Teletext subtitle color white
    Use original teletext position no
    Subtitle font size 16
    Subtitle position 50
    Rewrap subtitles no
    Subtitle border width 3
    Show background behind subtitles no

    Thanks

It might be Skin dependant. Try a different Skin to test.

    Thanks for all your replies.

I found more subtitle settings under Setup->User Interface->Subtitles and one of the setting was set up with a delay of 3.5s. I've changed this to no delay and I'll see how I get on with this.

    Thanks for all your support.
