    When I try to mount the sd card it says mount failed also ?

    Re -initialise the SD card as FAT32.

    Then you should have H9SDManager in ViX plugins ->. Menu/Setup/ViX
    Then just run the initialisation (..... and wait until complete, takes time to copy the root). Then when you ahve the screen back reboot

    Don‘t use MountManager.

    How do I turn it to fat32 there is no option for that ?

    ok formatted the card to fat32 on my laptop but h9sdmanager still not showing ?

    Its not recognising the SD card.
    Can you telnet into the box and give me the output from cat /proc/partitions
    Also go into MountManager and also show the output

    H9 Twin or H9 Combo have enough flash, no need to move to SD card.
