    VU Plus Remote Control App

I have a VU plus Duo 2 and have been using the remote app for Andriod Phones /Tablets from Google for a while ,but now it wont work at all.Have checked that the IP Address is correct but its still not working.I found it useful because it could control the box from another room.Anybody know what has changed to stop it working?

    Hi,
what is the name of the App? There are more than 1 App to control Enigma2-Boxes. Have you checked if it uses HTTP or HTTPS and if the box is correctly configured for that?

OpenWebIf (mobile view) has added a remote (actual one). To make this work, the remote path had to be changed to absolute path. This may be the cause of issue with application.

You will need to contact the app developer.

Openwebif mobile view doesnt seem to work clicking on remote shows Error Loading Page. The remote app on post 4 seems to work though.

    VU+ Uno4k Using ViX 3.018 I hadn't realised an update was available.

Updated to ViX 3.019 and remote still works on app.

Openwebif doesn't show loading error but now this

I just installed it on GB UE 4K. Release 019. Both are working. The remote path may need altering in the branding module. I'll have a look later.

The remote paths should all be fixed. I incorrectly used Relative in the commit, should be Absolute

The remote work on OWIF were

Maybe something did not update correctly? Can you try uninstalling OWIF and the re-installing it?

    My one is like this

    Code:

If you right click the missing image/inspect it, it should give you the path it is trying to access.

Can you try and flash and then restore? Or maybe load a new image in openmultiboot? I'll try the Duo 4K in a bit

    Code:
    http://boxip/mobile/static/remotes/vu/rc.png
    Error: 404 page not found.

I'll add a fresh image to openmultiboot plugin

Tried ViX 5.3.019 on open multiboot and still the same.
