When I'm trying a software update I get no internet access as in the picture, but I have internet on the receiver. Not sure if this a bug or not?

What does the network test tell you?
It's in menu -> setup -> network

Bue button > ViX > Image Manager > Yellow for downloads > Can you view OpenViX downloads or any of the other teams?

Yes I can see openvix and the others. It also allows me to download images fine

just updated my Octagon SF8008 4K UHD online trough software update and worked fine
VU+ DUO2 quad tuner with HDD 1 TB + Latest Openvix and VU+ DUO2 FB tuner + Octagon SF8008 FB tuner

Try software update again does it come up with the error?

no error here but keeps saying 3 updates everytime.Working fine.

Do you have a VPN or using a network setup that is not common? e.g two routers, separate DNS?
