Which image are you on. Please don't say "Latest", it is meaningless. 5.3 018 is a usable answer. You can get detail from Menu > Information > About

Where/how did you install the skin? I installed from the plugin server aka "feeds" and my one looks like the attachment.

Virtuosso Image Xtreme version 5.3.006 and everything was installed directly from the feeds.

Issue this command and post back the results (preferrably not a picture). Guide in my signature if you need it

Can you also post a screenshot of what you are seeing please. Guide to screenshots also in my signature.

Have a look at abu's signature for instructions on how to use putty/telnet.

There's also a guide on how to take screenshots (using openwebif).

You are concentrating on "missing text". It is the symptom of your problem, not the cause. Please post the results of that command I asked you to issue. It is very easy once you do it. Something has gone wrong with your storage devices. Your response to the at request will assist in helping you.

Please also post a screenshot of Menu > information > Devices

Do you have a mechanical HDD or USB stick? Internal or external?

Default is none/blank. What did you set?

If you can't remember, you will have to set a new one in the network menu. There is a password screen.

BTW, I think your HDD has died.

Died = no longer alive. Broken. Kaput.

    See post 28 regarding password

Can you post a screenshot of Menu > Information > Devices please?
