    twin or single monoblock lnb !

    i have a receiver with 2 sat tuners, i want to get a monoblock lnb to get astra + hotbird. if i get a single monoblock lnb and use a loop through cable from: out tuner A ----> in tuner B ,will this set up allow me to watch 1 channel while recording from another one and watch from both satellites at the same time, or should i go for a twin monoblock lnb !

    You can't do that.



    A monobloc LNB is just pre-built with two LNBs and Diseqc switch. You will be restricted to whatever the switch is switched to. You are better off buying separate multi port LNB and Diseqc switches.

    The twin output monoblock LNB should be fine, double check with retailer/await confirmation from someone else.
