For good english based customer service, give Utility Warehouse a go. Been excellent for me. I have the super router with ultra fast fibre broadband.

Neighbour has Talk Talk, complete rubbish. I made enquiries about EE, put in a few details to see what they could provide but it came back with a slow download speed. 2 hours later they rang and tried to sell me a package. I told them its sneaky and put the phone down. I am with Virgin, bit pricey but very fast and good service.

Mother in law was with Talk Talk and they were awful.

Personally I use Zen and have found everything about them superb.

Virgin may be a bit more expensive, but for there speed and reliability I'd stay with Virgin, Look at the speeds that the cheaper options offer.
Some of my M8's boast about how little they pay and when i use there BB connection its Painfully slow when you've been used to Cable IMO

Call Virgin and haggle with the price and package and threaten to cancel.

I'm currently paying £25 on a deal which is ending in March, it'll go up to £50. I called Virgin on Sunday and they offered £30 per month straight away. It's well worth giving them a ring.
