channels not being removed on scan

ive noticed on both blind scan, and manual scan of ANY satellite - even with the option "CLEAR BEFORE SCAN" - it doesnt remove the channels.
so you end up with multiple of the same channel.
im on the latest VIX for this model.
    any ideas?

    Hi,
are you sure that they are not removed? Some channel appear several times because they belong to different packages.
