    Power Timers

I set up two Power Timers: one to go to Deep Standby and another to wake up from Deep Standby and then go to Standby.
Both timers do what is expected of them.
But the one which goes to Deep Standby has a waiting period of 180 seconds immediately followed by another subsequent period of 180 seconds, a total of 6 minutes.
Is it possible to reduce this rather long waiting period to just 1 minute?
    Many thanks and best regards.

When the timer fires you get prompted as to whether you wish it to actually work (you may be watching something...). The countdown on that is 180s.
    It should only happen once.
Check that you don't actually have two copies of the same Power Timer (mine ended up duplicated for some unknown reason a few weeks ago).

But, given that the countdown happens when you aren't watching (if you are watching you can answer the "shutdown now" question...), does its exact length actually matter?

I've checked about a possible duplicate timer.
There is only one about going to Deep Standby.
Actually, yes the countdown almost always happens when I'm still watching.
I even tried to find and edit some file in the Plugin or elsewhere to change the countdown but to no avail.
Thank you very much for your reply.

The prompt from the system is because you are watching something and it wants you to confirm that it is ok to shut down. The way I use the Powertimer on my machine is to set it only to trigger when the box is in standby. That way, if you always put the box in normal standby when you are finished using it, the deep standby timer will kick in after the configured number of minutes and will put the box in deep standby unprompted. I sometimes have a recording running just before bedtime, so I put the box in standby and the PowerTimer will wait until the recording is finished and the tuner is released and will put the box in deep standby.
