    Finding Media Portal file.

    Hi All,

Could anyone confirm if it is possible to change and/or delete the items on the 2searchporn page of MediaPortal using DCC and then FTP the changes back to the solo2 and if it is possible what is the name and/or path of the file?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards,
    James.

DCC is just a combination of tools. What aspect of DCC are you planning to use?

Issuing commands (what we incorrectly called Telnet)
    FTP?

Can you FTP to /etc/enigma2 and see if there is a folder or file with name similar to media portal? Might be there.

Otherwise, file called settings in same location might hold list of searches

Thank You Abu as you stated I found the file in ect/enigma2/mp_2s4p, and in mp_2s4p I can delete, add, and change and save the searches and then FTP the changes back to the box.

Thanks you for your advice kind regards,
    James.
