Problem to record on tft card and/or USB disk on Zgemma I55 plus

Hi guys, got my ZGemma I55 Plus this week it was installed with VIX image 5.3.009. Using it for IPTV. I've tried to installed a tftcard ( 32GB ) on it and setup for using the tft card as a recording device. When I try to record, the VIX image goes in to a loop and I have to restart the receiver. Same thing happens if I'm using a USB disk as a recording device. I can move files to both the tftcard and the usbdisk with telnet for example so they are both "writeable".
Should it be possible to make recordings on a ZGemma I55 ?
I've tried to collect logfiles but no logs created since VIX is looping.
Any suggestions about what could be the problem ?

    1. how are the cards initialised - with Menu/Setup/Storage —-> Initialise devices?
    2. are you running it as a standalone receiver or client box??
    3. If the latter where are the IPTV streams client or server box?
    4. turn on debug logs menu/setup/system/logs —-> settings (need to reboot after enabling and store log not on flash)

HI twol, yes the card is initialized from Menu/Setup/Storage —-> Initialise devices
    Running as a standalone receiver.
I've turned on debuglogs but nothing is created since Vix is looping ( VIX image constantly rotating )

With debug logs it will post the loop - you need to pull it off the box and then post here - you will find logs blue button—> logs —> debug
(Red button) pull off using ftp from wherever you have the save location
Also how do you setup the IPTV recording as with most providers you cannot watch and record at the same time - so watching and then setting to record will not work (usually)
Why don‘t you use the Stalker plugin?

Hi guys, thanks for all suggestions on how to solve the problem ! It turned out to be crappy bouquets files so I guess the channel reference was bad and that caused VIX to get confused ! Problem solved, in fact the problem I had with the EPG not being loaded was solved also !
Sorry to have bothered you !

Ideally, it should not bootloop and just ignore the corrupt file.

Can you PM me your bouquets after you edit out username and password.
