    From the pictures I thinks its a technomate 2600 motor.

    Try moving the dish while on a Horizontal channel, if it doesn't move try moving the dish while on a Vertical channel.

    Tried Horizontal/Vertical channels but still no movement.

    I can't any other way other than borrowing a ladder to take a closer look.
